Grooming is an important part of dog care. Depending on the breed, age, and health of the dog, grooming may be a daily activity. Many breeds require significantly less grooming than this, but regular grooming helps to ensure the dog is healthy and comfortable. We recommend professional grooming every 4-6 weeks.
Please respect the following guidelines:

• Your satisfaction is our priority, if you are not satisfied let us know within 24hrs.

• If you have any question, please do not hesitate, call us and we will answer them to the best of our knowledge.

• The prices are based on a good condition and average size dog. Severely matted dogs may have additional charges based on $1.00 per minute, after the first 15 minutes. Removing a heavily matted coat includes risks of nicks, cuts or abrasions. Heavy matting can also trap moisture near the pet’s skin allowing mold, fungus or bacteria to grow, causing skin irritations. The after effects of mat removal procedures can include itchiness, skin redness, self-inflicted irritations or abrasions and failure of the hair to grow in spots. You may not hold Da Groomer Inc. responsible in the event of adverse effects of mat removal.

• Please let us know of any medical problem or behavior issues your pet has.

• The time we have reserved for your appointment is exclusive, for that reason, 24 hours. are required for cancellations. Cancellation or if no one is home at the appointment time will be charge $35.00.

• Appointment times are approximated, we require 1 hour window on each side of the scheduled time to allow any traffic situations or complications.

• We accept cash or check as the only methods of payment. There is a $25.00 fee for any check returned by the bank.
